The hotel hit all the right notes: the room was spacious and well appointed, with a nice big picture window looking out over the Knockmealdown Mountains. The bed was super-comfortable, the shower was excellent. The location is hard to beat, just off the main road in from the motorway, on the shoulder of the town without being too remote, very handy for our travels in South Tipperary. The food was good, both breakfast and dinner. It was a Bank Holiday, so the place was packed, the staff just about kept up with demand at dinner time. The Events Manager Emma Walsh was brilliant in organising a location in the hotel for us to broadcast from, to use as a backup if our plan for broadcasting from South Tipperary fell through. The whole time I was dealing with her, I felt I was in good hands, always being kept up to date with developments.

Very well run hotel. I arrived on an early flight and arrived a bit before the check-in time. The staff were really helpful in accommodating my family and I to check-in right away. The place feels new and clean. It is well located near a Super value and a few shops and restaurants and not far from the town center. It is also well located near the Cork - Dublin road so it is an easy stop off point for those traveling that route. We used the pool area and it was nice and spacious and well maintained. I would easy return.

I liked that the room was spot on clean and also have Netflix on the TV for me and my partner to watch on and the bathroom was fabulous and the room where all the lights were for the tables was absolutely beautiful it brough out all the colours in the dresses at the debs and I would go there again the only difficulty is the location and the transport to actually get there. Over and all everything was fabulous.

Julia

how polite and nice the staff was nothing was to much trouble it was very clean to high standard beds was very comfortable best sleep I had in along time due to having frozen shoulders, breakfast you could go up and help yourself to different varieties of breakfast i for one will be returning in the near future thank you for a lovely stay and making us feel very welcome

Good location just at the edge of Clonmel. Plenty of shops and food outlets on your doorstep. Leisure Centre looked very impressive but unfortunately I didn't get time to fit it in. Nice lobby with seating area to relax. Breakfast self-service, good. I asked for a 'Room with a view' and got it, with lovely views of surrounding countryside and tillage fields of corn.
